This is the location I meant to do my glowing review on but was tired and didn't pay attention to that I clicked a different location (One that's nice but not the one I wanted to review at the time, I already edited that one for it to be appropriate for how I honestly feel). 😅
♡The Centerville location is my absolute favorite location for several reasons.♡
To start, the entrance/ exit is not near a high traffic area so you are able to leisurely drive into the spacious parking area without the fear of being hit by oncoming traffic unlike the other locations I've been to (so far I've frequented Layton, Ogden, Roy, Slc, Bountiful, & ofc this location I'm reviewing).
The staff is extremely friendly, (I haven't had any problems with staff at any location though to be clear. They hire great people in my experience.)
Moving onto the car wash experience, as a Lyft driver, it's more convenient for me to have a membership and I have the Ceramic Duck membership. They are very quick in getting me through once I pull up to the gate. Before entering through the gate, they are good at giving you dash wipes if you'd like one, otherwise if you don't indicate you'd like one, they smile and wave you through and so they really do their best to make it as peaceful of an experience for you as possible if you show you would like little interaction with anyone. (That being said, if you do change your mind and would like one, they're really nice and will give you one, be nice to them when you ask please). I've never had any parts of my car damaged while going through and the tunnel has never malfunctioned while my car was in there, (that has unfortunately happened to me once at another location and it was a little stressful considering Quick Quack is a conveyor belt type wash so there are cars in front of and behind you in the tunnel).
The car wash itself at every location does a fairly decent job at getting my car very clean, I wipe my car down after at the free vacuuming station to finish getting it dried and I'm able to focus on the details inside as well. They always keep fresh towels stocked and are on top of changing the trash. The air hose and vacuums have always worked perfectly (unfortunately the Ogden location the last time I was there had the nozzle broken on a vacuum & a puncture in the air hose with oddly no call buttons stationed to ask for assistance and no out of order signs).
The other amazing thing here (and at every Quick Quack) is I've never felt rushed when vacuuming and cleaning my car, but this is the most peaceful location I've been to. No one is blaring their music, making a mess, or harassing other customers or staff. (I've had people park next to me at other locations in the vacuuming areas and blaring their music so loud that I wasn't the only customer they were making uncomfortable but I stayed quiet).
I personally use one towel for the exterior of my car, doors & trunk while opened, and gas door to wipe inside & the exterior of the gas cap. Then a secondary towel for the interior after I've vacuumed my seats, crevices, floor, etc. I wipe down the seats, dash, floor mats (as I mentioned, I'm a Lyft driver, they get a lot of traffic), and everything high touch or where people kick. What I use the dash wipes for is all my electronics & high touch areas then wipe down all internal & external door handles.
I've never been pressured to go faster and no one has judged me for how slow I unfortunately go, yet the staff is so quiet and fast when replacing towels and checking on the equipment that it's honestly impressive but I do see staff near or around the vacuuming area so finding an employee if you need assistance is extremely easy.
And finally, there is no confusion on how to exit this Quick Quack location with the same descriptor I gave in the beginning for it being easy without worrying about a collision.
Thank you for being a fantastic location.
UPDATE 12/10/2025: Pics finally! Got my car washed here again and once again wasn't disappointed 🥰
