  They stole money from my bank account. That is the reality. They activated a membership I had cancelled with Take 5 and used my card to charge me the very most they could. It took two calls and time holding to get you to cancel it but I STILL do not have my money back. 10 years ago I had a membership in Bountiful, UT with QQ. It took me 3 months to cancel it and never gave me my money back. How is that ok? If you give them your card info, you are taking chances.

  Told the checkin guy I didn't want my license plate number taken, just wanted a single wash. He ignored me and took it anyway. Ignored me again when I asked why he took it after I asked him not to. I don't appreciate my information being taken when I didn't consent to it.

  The brush that comes down and gets the top of the car did not come down. Lots of soap still on my car after the rise piece which the blowers blew back onto the car.
