  Recently had an oil change and for some reason the "change oil" message did not get reset. I dropped by Grease Monkey and they very graciously reset that message. The tech, also, showed me how to reset the message using the panel on my dashboard. No charge for the reset. I've not personally needed to reset this function for 72 years of life... and will probably forget how during the next 72 years. But I will take it to Grease Monkey for my next Oil Change

  I drive a handicap van from my wheelchair and once I get out, nobody can drive my van because of the adaptations. Grease monkey was kind enough to accommodate me in this situation and let me drive right into the bay. I watched their work which was fast and competent. I really enjoyed talking with this girl named “kitty “ whose full name is Kaydence. She was really knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. She made me feel at ease and is the reason I will be coming back. Give her a raise!

  I had a radiator flush done at Grease Monkey because it was recommended based on my vehicle’s mileage, and I agreed to the service. However, after leaving the shop and driving for only about five minutes, my car’s coolant warning light came on, indicating that the engine was overheating. When I got home, my husband checked the coolant levels and discovered that Grease Monkey hadn’t added enough coolant after performing the flush. He had to add about half a gallon of coolant himself to bring it up to the proper level. I paid $150 for this service, and if my husband hadn’t caught the issue and added more coolant, continuing to drive could have caused serious engine damage. Based on this experience, I would not recommend having them perform anything beyond a basic oil change. I believe I should be reimbursed for the radiator flush service due to their negligence in properly refilling the coolant system.

  Yea they didn’t do a single thing I asked. Pretty annoyed. Asked for emissions. Asked for brake light replacement and oil change. Came back and they parked the truck off to the side and literally didn’t do any of it. I asked them to actually do it and they finally did the emissions after another hour. Never did brake lights. Great service usually, but brain dead this round.

  the staff does an amazing job, also so kind and helpful! they definitely know what they're doing, and what they're talking about. It's nice to know the people working here are truly educated. Not sure why anyone wouldn't come here--THEYRE THE BEST IN UTAH. I will be sending all of my friends and family here! If you need a mechanic, emissions, or just a good old oil change--i wouldnt look anywhere else!
