- AKAnthony King1 day ago3.0Gate often times doesn't open automatically even though I have a membership. There will be 2 or 3 employees standing around talking in the office but no one comes to manually open it until a couple minutes after I honk.

I was in there for my entire lunch hour one day because of something going on with the car wash. I sat there for an hour, and I heard one of the employees say “ Just offer them an air freshener, if they don’t want it that’s on them” I paid full price for a long time and they still won’t even work with me when I asked for a discount after the issues.
