Gratefully Tom Nelson, employee, was very helpful in my purchases. I appreciated his guidance in getting the right thing for the best price --no pushy sales tactics. He was friendly and totally had my best interest at hand. Even put the windshield wipers on for me at no extra cost, which is probably standard, but I didn't have to ask. He just volunteered. Excellent customer service.

Barely made it into AutoZone where Tim O. ran the scanner. He and George diagnosed and fixed the problem. They both went upbove and beyond with their concern for us getting back on the road for our attending a wedding the next day. What a positive and impressive customer service experience with this AutoZone. Thank you George and Tim O. You deserve a bonus for being so awesome!
