- CCC&K4 days ago5.0My review is primarily based on mobile service with Safelite coming to my home to fix or replace glass on my vehicles. In all the years I've used safelite for multiple vehicles and chip repairs, I can't say I've ever had problem with them. The communication has been good as well as the service. Don't buy a set of windshield wiper blades from them though as they'll charge you a ton of money. Go to one of the auto parts stores such as O'Reilly, Advance or Auto Zone where you can buy them for less and they'll install them for free.

It took 10 minutes to get to a live person, after a dozen ads, who only wanted to sell me the Premiere Service, which would have cost more than an entire windshield replacement. I gave up and just showed up at the retail in Brigham City. I'm glad I did. What a happy group! The repair took less than an hour, and the cost was way less than the quote on line. Got a chip in the glass. Come to this Safelite location. Hassle-free and great service.
- AGAustin GoodinOct 21, 20251.0Recieved a Call for my appointment at 8am told "see you this morning" never saw technician till 2pm. Than 3hr install between 2 vehicles. Both were supposed to be replaced with Mopar oem factory windshields with tint strip. Neither one is Mopar factory but fuyuoco garbage. One window has light green strip the other absolutely nothing. The longer I use these guys the worse and/or more unreliable they become.

They're always professional, helpful, and do amazing work. I came in today with a really nasty chip. I wasn't sure if they'd be able to fill it at all due to its size, but they were super helpful and managed to do it.
