Ok first of all, I came at 7 AM and the girls there were SO NICE!! They waved and smiled at me and that just went a long way for me. It was early and they were still genuine so thank u soo much to those girlies.
I leave 4 stars only bc my brother said he had a horrible time cancelling. (Cancelled on phone, still got billed, then they said it was never cancelled, called again and asked for a hard copy of the cancellation which is required by law if requested, then they said they can’t do that &that he has to call corporate to cancel even though that wasn’t the case the first time he tried to cancel??) hopefully corporate will look into their corporate calls more and take the help line more seriously :).
Definitely needs a mat cleaning option added to this location:).
11/10 on the in-person customer service at the Brigham location!!

Keila is consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. She makes the whole process smooth and genuinely pleasant, which says a lot for a car wash. You can tell she cares about doing a good job and treating people well. Always happy to see her working there.
Give this lady a raise and maybe a ceremonial rubber duck trophy 🦆🏆
Kerri and the crew took care of me when they seen I didnt remove my tow hitch and my rear end was still dirty. I got to rewash after being told and i removed my hitch. I also thought I left my phone on the bumper during the rewash and they stopped the whole operation to see if it was on the ground. Thanks guys.

I've been a long time customer but just canceled.
The Brigham City car wash did quite a bit of damage to the paint on my truck. After 3 weeks they finally came back and said, "it was a pre-existing issue" and good luck.
They never even reached out to discuss it, or look the truck over. There was no thorough investigation done.
I have pictures and video that shows clearly how their brushes caused the damage.
I tried calling and was told they cant help. I was told the only way to discuss it further was to email.
No manager name or phone number.
Zero accountability.
100% don't recommend using Quick Quack at all if you value your vehicle.
Added after their reply. 12/18. If you had video then you would be willing to show me. You are hiding behind emails and dodging responsibility. I have photos from that day that support my claim but you are unwilling to meet with me discuss it, or show your supporting "video".
I 💯 recommend taking your vehicle anywhere else since they are unwilling to even discuss it.

Super happy with how clean my car came out and how quick things move along here, but I absolutely NEED to talk about Jimmy. This man is a NATIONAL TREASURE! Jimmy doesn’t just wave cars through, he conducts them like a symphony maestro guiding each vehicle to automotive perfection. The way this man directs traffic with such grace, precision, and infectious energy is honestly breathtaking. His wave isn’t just a wave, it’s an art form, a carefully choreographed gesture of pure excellence that makes you feel like royalty rolling into the wash bay. Jimmy’s smile could power the entire car wash. His enthusiasm is so genuine and uplifting that I literally look forward to my car washes now just to see him in action. The man radiates positive energy like the sun radiates light. He doesn’t just do his job, he ELEVATES the entire car wash experience to something transcendent. I’ve seen a lot of automatic car wash workers in my time, and Jimmy isn’t just the best, he’s in a completely different league. He’s the LeBron James, the Michael Jordan, the Wayne Gretzky of waving cars through automatic car washes. This place hit the jackpot when they hired him. Jimmy, if you’re reading this, you absolute legend, never change.
