I went there 2 weeks ago (to the one here in Brigham) for a simple oil change, I just wanted to get in and out as quick as possible. To start off, I told the lady at the desk I wanted a regular oil change that’s it, I thought all was fine until after the oil change she comes back and starts yapping for 5 minutes about how my breaks are about to blow, I have a leak in my transmission, my filter is about done, etc (complete lies) then they ended up putting the “high mileage oil” in my car (which I didn’t ask for) and charged me $105 for it. Oh let’s not forget the extra charge put on for having “no dip stick reading” I had checked it an hour before and it was just fine. To top it all off I’m getting into my car and she asked me “are those LED headlights on your car”? I said yeah, she goes “OH those are going to cost you so much money when they break” yeah thanks for that comment lady. So yeah I’m never going there again. Thanks a lot.
