I walk in and this older man is just helping everybody with a kind smile on his face. then he ran diagnostics on my car and i was out in 5 minutes. When i walked back in, he was already helping more people. 10/10! exceptional!

I got the parts the other day brought up the fact that they were the wrong parts they basically discounted everything that I was saying had to turn around go grab a man to come back with me to tell them exactly what I was already telling them to get any results.... Also today when trying to get a refund he rang up the parts printed out a receipt and said there you go, which I responded babe I probably need to put in my card or I need to get cash back in order to get my refund, and he responded "okay boss" like I was the idiot in the situation.... This is very sexist and it was obvious to me and the man that I brought with me that this was occurring... I tried to call corporate to lodge a complaint in which I was told I would get a call back and never did. I'm not going here anymore I spent over $2,000 in the last year here and this is it I've had it. I feel horrible for the girl that works there I wonder how they treat her.

- RARich AndersonSep 23, 20255.0Today was not the first day that I’ve needed the AutoZone in Brigham city Utah. I utilize them in many other situations where I’ve been having consistent problems with my vehicle and they would help me out with little things like testing my battery or helping me put on windshield wipers, but today was much better, not that the other days were bad but this one they went above and beyond. Today I rubbed down on the side of the road about a mile and a half from the store. I knew I always have problems with my battery or my alternator but I knew my battery was 100% dead. I called the store and Terry answered and I asked if there was any way possible for him to come over and take a look at my situation And possibly help me take the battery out. Run me back to buy a new one and bring it back with me. Without any questions whatsoever, Terry said yes. In that I was on my way to work and dressed for work and nice business casual attire Terry did it all himself with very little help from me. Terry, thank you so much for your time today and thank you to you and your team at the store, I’ve always been taken care of 100% and would gladly recommend your store and your team to anyone. Thank you.
