- MMMatthew MickelsonFeb 28, 20261.0After receiving the wrong part, I came back to the store at 8:54PM over an hour before they close. And the doors were locked and no one was there. I again checked the hours on their website and it said they closed at 10PM. This is also not the first time getting the wrong part from them, I once received the wrong brake pads 3 times in a row before they gave me the right ones (likely by process of elimination). Unbelievable.
- MFMarc FuentesFeb 26, 20261.0Ross (think that's his name, had a white beard) was very dismissive when I asked him if he wanted to check himself as to whether I have a transmission fluid dip stick (which he cast doubt on my report that I couldn't find it) and he refused, saying he's too busy when he was helping me anyway with a refund of a quart of ATF. Try to find someone else, he's not professional.
