We landed at SLC Airport today thinking we had a Turo rental car waiting only to get a text msg saying it was no longer available. After no car rental agencies at the airport had any available cars, I called Gabriel at the Bountiful location, he listened to our predicament... And said he could have a vehicle ready by the time we got there. Gabriel is an absolute gem and had everything waiting for us. We got an awesome Jeep Wrangler and were able to salvage our day of sightseeing thanks to his help. The whole team at this location was great, they are friendly, and they care.

That is inaccurate, and I have nothing but praise for Bountiful. It was the drop off location at Millcreek that screwed up and I updated their review to reflect that. Bountiful is an outstanding location to get services from. As mentioned in my updated review for Millcreek, they are getting four stars, but only because the SLC Regional office did not reply promptly and I had to drive to see Millcreek again. Five stars for Bountiful pick up point, but only four for Millcreek, and that was the SLC regional botching it.
