    the tech didn't screw in my oil fill cap properly which created a mess for me to clean up in my engine bat afterwards. Over-tightend my oil filter too, I changed it myself yesterday after having it done 2 months ago and I needed herculean grip and a strong wrench/pliers to get it off. They also said they topped off my coolant? Uhhhh... what kind of coolant did they use? Because mixing manufacturer specific coolant with universal green coolant is asking for trouble as it can sludge up and clog the radiator, heater core, block, etc. I just bought some ramps so I could DIY from now on. Takes less than half the time, I can use a good Wix filter this way, and I know its done right.

    Nneke was amazing! She was so sweet and personable. She made the whole experience so much less stressful and boring. I will for sure becoming back for my next oil change.

    Don't go here, they don't know how to reset the oil change in your car with the computer. They did it incorrectly, which caused my car to shut down. Ugh....now I have another problem. They didn't know how to check my cabin filter - as most places check all your filters. They did none of that.
