However, we ended up getting a great vehicle and everything worked out well. The Final charge was more than expected and they adjusted it appropriately and everything worked out great.

I was asked to drop off the rental directly to the Caliber body shop at woods cross location where my car was repaired. The staff at the body shop checked the rental car and everything looked good. I left with my car without being asked to sign anything for the rental car. Two months later, in November , I got a call from my insurance company said that enterprise filed a claim for the rental car I rented. I was shocked. I knew I didn’t make any damage to the car. My husband called them immediately and requested the proof of damages. I also emailed the manager Joshua Johnson to request the proof of damages. Then I got an email with the bill from the recovery specialist Lachyna Holloway. They threatened to send my bill to the collection if I don’t pay within 10 days. No damage proof was provided . Couple weeks later I received the second bill in my mail. No proof of damage again. I emailed both of them to request the proof of damages again. Lachyna Holloway emailed me back requesting the claim number. I forwarded the email with the claim number he sent me about a month ago. So far not good experience with enterprise. Let’s hope for a good outcome. Lesson learned: always take pictures and videos of your rental car before and after. Ask for a statement says that you are clear. Don’t always trust people. Trust humanity but protect yourself!

They also made sure the rental had plenty of leg room to meet my needs. The location could not have been more convenient, since it was across the street from the body shop where my car was being repaired.
