Ee felt that was reasonable so the tech told us they were really busy that day and to go online and schedule appointment. We went online to schedule the appointment when we were told it would be over $200, we explained to the customer service representative what the tech said but the representative said that was impossible that the tech would say that to us. Went to a different auto glass shop, paid $84 and happy with work. Will definitely not go back to Safelite again.

It’s incredibly difficult to reach an actual person at the Bountiful location. I won’t be using them again. If my business isn’t worth answering the phone, then I’m not interested in working with you.
