It’s incredibly difficult to reach an actual person at the Bountiful location. I won’t be using them again. If my business isn’t worth answering the phone, then I’m not interested in working with you.

They're affiliated with my insurance, waived my $100 deductible, and provided overall amazing service. The tech questioned the install from Safe-lite - that Safe-lite wouldn't warranty and said the install was weak, "usually the seal is thicker, not so thin" he said. Once again, I'm now big critic of Safe-lite. Telling people to avoid!!!!

- MIMichael IreyOct 30, 20255.0Super pleased with my service today. I woke up this morning and to a great surprise found my truck had been vandalized along with 20+ other vehicles. My front windshield was bashed in from some homeless person downtown. I called my insurance and they scheduled me an appointment with safelite the following morning. I then drove and dropped it off at the shop. Gave them my keys. And expected to pick it up in the morning as planned. However, they were able to get my truck done within a few hours of me dropping it off and called me to let me know my truck was ready for pickup and that their manager was able to go pick me up a window so I can make my trip this weekend! They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up all the shattered glass. Thanks for being so quick! The staff was very friendly! Highly recommend this location.
