  Scam. I never sign up for monthly services. I found out that someone at quickquack signed me up twice for a membership I never wanted. It took 45 min on the phone to get ahold of someone. I’m very frustrated with this company. Very dishonest

  We almost didn’t see any employees the whole time. It wasn’t until leaving That we caught a glimpse of what appeared To be 3 employees hanging out in the building. Other locations, specifically West Jordan and Providence, have set a very high standard with customer service and customer interaction.

  We have a subscription and live close, but I'd rather go to any other Quick quack. The attendants here want you a foot away from the car in front of you, and when you stay further back intentionally not be so close, they get irritated and wave at you and tell you to hurry up. All for the entire back end of my suv to not even be clean. The attitude of the teenagers working here is unreal.
