My interactions with staff were professional & informative, but not pushy at all. The rags, air compressor, and powerful vacuums make the difference — door jams and corners were hand done and I left as if I got a $300 detail job for the cheapest wash. Great location right off of Redwood Rd.
- CTC TurnerDec 24, 20251.0I took my brand new car through this car wash because it was convenient and close to home. Unfortunately, I came out with scratches all over the vehicle. I filed an incident report on 10/17 and was told I would hear back within 3 business days. After 3 additional attempts, I was told by a centralized Customer Service agent (since no phone numbers are listed for individual locations) that I needed to go file another incident report because they had changed their reporting system. This should not result in restarting the process, they have a carbon copy of the original incident and should process it accordingly. This experience feels like a runaround rather than a genuine attempt to resolve damage caused on-site. I would expect better communication and accountability, especially when dealing with damage to a customer’s vehicle. Very disappointed with how this has been handled. Since they don't take these claims serious, my next step is to file with the BBB and small claims court if I don't hear from the manager.
