  I went in for an oil change for my explorer. Car was running great. It only has 34K miles on it. The technician proceeded to try and upsell me on everything! I told him just the oil change. On my way home there is now a rattle in my engine and my brakes are grinding. Two of the things he tried to upsell me on. Do not go to this place for any kind of service if you are a female! They didn’t try to upsell the two males sitting in the lobby with me. Twice the technician came out to try and scam me out of more services. Even provided me with a “carfax” report of all the things that needed to be done. Only it wasn’t accurate and when I called him out on it conveniently the place I had the service done for that item doesn’t report to carfax. Super shady and now I have to take my car to a mechanic to see what damage was caused by this shady technician! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!

  I’ve been to all Grease Monkey locations in Utah county, but regardless of their low staff currently, this AF location is my favorite to come to. Built a relationship with a lot of these guys and they’ve done a great job every time I’ve been in. They are quick, hard working and very knowledgeable. Hope these guys are taken care of and loved by everyone else that comes in.

  These guys are awesome! Came in today for emissions and an oil change. They were quick and handled everything. Great customer service and experience. Got my new tags on the spot. Solid professional service crew 10/10

  I went in unannounced and Kevin showed me right in for an emissions inspection and registration and renewal. I stayed in my car till the end and then went in the office and paid for everything in about 15 minutes. The two guys were courteous and pleasant. I’ll be back for the next one. Thx guys!

  Workers were so nice and fast with the service. Didn’t know if you go in office or drive up to garage directly so that was confusing and took a few minutes for the workers to notice me in the office needing help but once they did they were so quick and helpful! They were mid priced for registration/emissions test. And got it done in maybe 10 minutes. When I was done they even opened the back door for my kids car seat open for me to get it in easy and offered to carry the car seat out of office to the car. It was so sweet mannered. Great experience.
