  Enterprise rental was a great experience. The location was convenient to pick up after our arrival. And it was easy to return the rental car. The rental was at a reasonable price and the car was a was in good shape.

  I had an excellent experience at this Enterprise location. The employees were very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. The pickup was very quick and the car was perfect. Drop off was very easy. I would rate more stars if I could.

  Save yourself the headache and rent from literally anywhere else. After multiple mistakes (and I do mean multiple), I was actually told by the “manager” to try a different location because this branch is essentially a training ground and “not equipped” to handle things. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. We rent cars regularly for business and gave this location chance after chance for over a year. Like clockwork, every single month came with a new issue—overcharges, missing deposit refunds, conflicting information, and zero accountability. Just when you think things are finally sorted, they find a new way to mess it up. The experience feels less like customer service and more like a game of “let’s see what we can get away with this time.” Cars were consistently given to us on empty, then magically documented as “full” so they could tack on fuel charges. Rates we were told were “locked in” (confirmed by multiple employees) changed without warning. One car reeked of cigarette smoke, and when we pointed it out, the response was essentially, “Yeah… we have a rule about that, but we don’t enforce it.” Inspiring. Policies seem to change depending on who you talk to, which means you can’t trust anything you’re told—today’s answer won’t be tomorrow’s. The cherry on top? When I asked to escalate my concerns, I was told the manager had no manager and was the highest level I’d be “allowed” to speak to. That’s not leadership—that’s avoidance. We even followed their suggestion to try another location, only to be sent right back to the same branch a couple months later—the one that openly admitted they couldn’t handle the rentals. At this point, it’s not bad luck—it’s a pattern. Whatever deal you think you’re getting, you’re not. This place operates with zero consistency, zero accountability, and even less care for the customer experience. Do yourself a favor—go somewhere else.

  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise from start to finish. The entire team was professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The vehicles are always clean, reliable, and ready to go when you need them. What really sets Enterprise apart is their point system—it’s hands down one of the best rewards programs out there. It actually feels like they value their customers, and the benefits add up quickly, which makes a big difference if you rent often. Overall, Enterprise is simply the best in the business. Between their customer service, quality vehicles, and top-tier rewards program, no other company compares. Highly recommend!
