- GGG.M4 days ago1.0I Don’t know what happened to this place.. I stopped going here after being a customer for over five years. The environment isn’t welcoming . The manager or owner that sits in the office has a habit of giving people dirty looks, acts entitled and pompous. His uneducated with no manners. It doesn’t matter how much money you make or have , it cant buy those things.

My Mom bought 4 of their "good" tired for $1300 and when I took over her car she had driven MAYBE 1000 miles on them if that and they all needed to be replaced. I got the front 2 replaced at las scwabb for literally half of what TFP quoted me! That's insane. I dont think their tires are any better and certainly way more pricey and less sceabb also comes with free flat repair for life etc... im getting 2 more put on next pay day the total will be $689 for all 4. TFP did fix my flat cause there was a screw in my tire but it took 1 hour and he took it right back so we had to sit and wait an hour for a flat repair. Lol wild. I've always heard they were bad when it used to be Glenn's or whatever it used to be years ago.. I didn't know they are still the same. See a woman a double charge her and an elderly woman at that! Also on SSI!! A VERY SMALL FIXED INCOME.I usually give great, good, to decent reviews but this one bothered me. Also, he didn't offer a free tire rotation thats supposed to come with it for life, or even peek at my rotors and say hey you may need new rotors! Lol not a good salesman either.

Answered my endless questions with kindness, and would text me updates while my wheels were being installed. Incredible communication, personalized customer care, and great prices. Super quick too. Cannot recommend this place enough!
- TLTristan LayneNov 6, 20252.0My last car kinda died here my car was overheating they said my radiator cracked and it'd be like 900 bucks to replace it then when I came back they said it leaked into the engine it's dead thatll be 900 and another 2000 I think if you want your engine fixed. That was a few years ago but I was reminded of it recently.
