  I had a slow air leak in my passenger-side rear tire and needed it looked at quickly. Scheduling was fast and easy, and they were able to get me in the very next day. The entire appointment went smoothly, they diagnosed and fixed the slow leak in under an hour while I waited. Their service was professional, clear, and efficient, and the price was extremely fair. The shop itself is clean, well maintained, and run by people who clearly know what they’re doing. I’d used them a few times over the past several years, and every experience has been consistently great. I highly recommend them without hesitation.

  We were traveling from Washington State to visit our daughter last Spring. We had work done on the suspension in an affiliate store in Richland, Wa before driving to Utah. The part was defective and failed after we arrived in Utah. Your store performed the repair free of charge/ under warranty and even provided us with a loaner car so we could carry on with our visit with our daughter without interruption. This is superb customer service, going the extra mile. We greatly appreciated this excellent service. I'm sorry I forgot to provide this review earlier. You guys are great and I would trust doing buisness with you anytime. To bad for us you are not located in Washington! Awesome job, truly appreciated. Saved our vacation and got us home safely!!!

  These guys are absolutely the best! They know what customer service is supposed to look like. My first experience here was with Trevor. I had a nail in one of my tires on my truck that Big O said was unfixable and all they wanted to do is sell me a new set of tires when I still had about half the tread left on them. I went over and saw Trevor. He gave me the real scoop on things they fixed my tire. I was able to get the rest of the miles out of my current tires about another year. Just went and got new tires put on from Trevor. They had a great price. Excellent customer service. He even gave me a loaner car to get back-and-forth from my house. Also, just put new tires on my wife's car. I would highly recommend this place. They are very good and they will take care of you go in and ask for Trevor.
