On the day of the appointment I went to the store, paid for the service and then waited for them to install my new windshield. The waiting area was clean and accommodating. The whole process was simple and easy.

After first technician came it took him 2 hours, then he ended up scratching the new glass and asked me if I wanted installed! Why would you even ask that. They didn’t have any availability for another 8 or so days. 2 nd tech took him only 1 hour to finish the job. Then I noticed that there’s gaps in between the lether and plastic on the door. Also, the plastic was dented on few times. If I had known I would not have safelite glass service me again.
