But recently Safelite has implemented a phone system that hardcore stonewalls you if you don't do or say exactly what the system wants. It does everything in its power to direct you to their "online help" which does NOT help me with my simple inquiry, and talking to an actual person is absolutely impossible. I can confidently say I have zero interest and refuse to do business with anyone who has so little respect for customers that they won't even talk to them.
