They were busy so i understand frustration but it took them an hour to do a simple oil change when Valvoline usually only takes 10-15 minutes. I doubt every Jiffy Lube is filled with incompetence but this was highly frustrating. I prefaced with my need to be at work by a certain time and they continued to take their sweet time. Not coming to a Jiffy Lube again so that’s unfortunate. Price was way too high for a synthetic blend as well. Terrible experience…

I have barely convinced myself to forgive them for forgetting to put oil in the tranny of one of my vehicles. They refused to admit it so I bought a new transmission. The list of things they have done wrong to my fleet is too long.They have conveniently lost the records of all my vehicles.Today December 26th 2025 they broke the camel's back. Incredibly dishonest! Chronic poor service! Please boycott this mess of a place. Their new name is Jerky Lube!

- LFL FDec 10, 20251.0This was the most disappointing visit I've ever had. I came in to get my coolant filled and my oil changed. After paying approximately $150 neither of that happened. I left feeling happy to have gotten this done then soon the next day my engine over heated and I found my coolant to be bone-dry. I also get an alarm in my car today saying my oil needs to be changed (mind you I came in 5 days ago now). I paid $150 to get absolutely nothing done.

On Veterans Day, Tuesday, November 11th, this American Fork Jiffy Lube is opening an hour earlier than usual, at 7 AM, to provide free oil changes for Veterans. We are happy that Jiffy Lube treats Veterans so well and provides them with a free oil change. We are pleased with the quality and timeliness of this oil change service.
