- JDJack DeVaul3 days ago1.0Don't go unless you want pieces of your car lost. If you do go, you'll want to make sure your oil cap is on, your air filter housing is put back together. I'd also look under your car before you leave for any oil leaks, and that your oil plug isn't cockeyed. Seriously regret ever letting them near my car.

They were busy so i understand frustration but it took them an hour to do a simple oil change when Valvoline usually only takes 10-15 minutes. I doubt every Jiffy Lube is filled with incompetence but this was highly frustrating. I prefaced with my need to be at work by a certain time and they continued to take their sweet time. Not coming to a Jiffy Lube again so that’s unfortunate. Price was way too high for a synthetic blend as well. Terrible experience…
