Getting a hold of customer services, was a bit difficult with Intoxalock's automated system. I had to call as a new customer, to get thru to talk to a real person to resolve scheduling issues. Unbelievable on a 30 minute drive at 6:00 a.m. going to work, I had to take five different folling breathalyzers before I got there. It always goes off right at the worst time when your in traffic and there's nowhere to pull over. Completely disgusted. I've been sober for 6 months I don't even drink. Who would be drinking at 6:00 a.m. on their way to work. It makes me not even want to drive. Beware of pushy representatives. Hidden charges and overcharging! Other companies are much easier to deal with and much cheaper! I'm not able to adjust anything on their app. I have not been able to get a hold of Representative. Would not recommend this company to anybody!

But the joy got completely and done professional. The state passed a new law starting by 08/2024 every interlock device will be installed with a camera viewing all the interior of vechile.
