  Stellar service. Came in for an emergency oil change and Daniel and Kevin not only received me 4 minutes before closing time, but they fixed my bumper at no extra charge (it needs to be replaced but they made it so it doesn't drag anymore), gave me a great price for the oil change, and then after the transaction was over and they found out (through small talk) that our car wouldn't start this morning, Daniel went ahead and offered to check our battery and check engine light at no extra charge. When he found the code responsible for the check engine light he cleaned off our gas cap in hopes it was responsible for the leak the engine indicated was there and told us to keep an eye on the light to see if it disappears within the next couple of days. They earned a repeat customer with me, will definitely come back for future maintenance.

  Fast and accurate. Detail to precision while keeping a very good level of confidence in their work. Offered only services that I needed and didn't recommend anything other than what was on my car manufactures recommendation specs with a copy in my hand. All done at an affordable price. Grease Monkey is the only service I feel I can trust. Grease Monkey, you guys do what other shops cannot. Speed, precision, while keeping amazing customer relations, all done in a professional manner!! Thank you guys for everything you do! Just absolutely amazing work.👏

  I have been to this location several times, and the guys here always do a phenomenal job as well as be very personable and honest about what you do and don’t need. As a young, single mom, it’s always a worry that I will be upsold on things I don’t truly need. I’ve never felt taken advantage of at this location.

  Had a coupon for $29.99 oil change. I showed the oil change technician prior to giving him my keys and verified the price. Once finished with the service he rang me up for $80 and I said no I have a $29.99 coupon and he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. They would only go down to $50. Beware of them not honoring coupons

  After a horrible interaction with the manager David at the Timp Hwy Grease Monkey, our family is looking for a new place to get our cars serviced. I decided to give the grease monkey in American Fork a try. I had a great experience with the team at this location. They were very friendly and got my oil change and emissions done within 15 minutes. They explained all of the recommendations without pressure to purchase and answered all of my questions with detailed explanations and proficiency. My family has found a new go to for oil changes and emissions!
