The employees at Grease Monkey came to where my car was and helped. They jumped the battery in my car. I was able to drive it to their location and they replaced my battery. The price was reasonable considering the situation I was in. They were all very kind and helpful. I appreciate all the help given. Thank you!

Was told it would be 20 minutes… he came after an hour of us waiting and told us he was just gonna get started on our car. So we left without service because we have 2 toddlers that were over it. Will never be coming back. Very inconsiderate to not communicate with us especially with young kids.
- RPRachel PankeyNov 2, 20251.0I went to Gas Monkey hoping to find a better price for an oil change. After they did the service, I noticed that my check engine light was on. I went back and Mike the manager suggested that it may be my car, which in my 6 years of owning this car and never having the check engine light come on after an oil change I called him on his BS. At first he said they put a different kind of oil in my car, which wasn’t the one I asked for, but when we checked the receipt and saw they did put the oil I did ask for in my car, he said he must have been talking about the car before me. He obviously was pulling “answers” out of thin air trying to blame the check engine light on the car that they had just worked on. They hooked a computer to my car and reprogrammed my car so the check engine light turned off never really addressing the issue but said if the check engine light came back on then they did actually do something wrong. Horrible experience
