  Well they said they had our rental ready I had to pick it up the next day because I couldn't get there in time so when we arrived they didn't have a car ready so we had to wait until about 4pm that day and make another trip back over to enterprise to pick it up. The car was nice and clean though. Overall the experience was okay. I would consider using them again I'll just make sure to call ahead to double check!

  Super quick and easy transaction, well priced, and they happily gave me rides to and from the shop my car was at. Would do business here again.

  I went in to get a rental car while my car was in the shop, and Spencer went above and beyond to help me. He was so kind and patient while my baby was fussy and we were getting everything squared away. Top notch customer service!

  Avoid this location at all costs. These guys are cuttung corners on inspections and renting out cars that aren't road safe. The driver's side door latch on our rental failed during a trip, leaving the car door unable to close. LUCKILY this happened after the trip, in town, while the car wasn't moving. But this kind of failure could easily have caused an accident. The latch already felt weak when we picked the car up - this has been a problem with this car for some time. I'm stuck sitting at a gas station waiting for an hour for roadside assistance, less than a mile away from this Enterprise location, because I can't brake or make a right turn without the door flying open. Rent from someone else.
