  Low inventory. Not the best service. Everyone was nice but I rid have a appointment that I showed up to ontime that was postponed for an additional 10 minutes. The point to any appointment is to be seen when you arrive, especially at a car rental place.

  Well, what you could’ve done better? Maybe have the branch manager at this location actually do his job. I called Trayson a month in advance and told him my wife and I are taking a weeklong vacation driving through 2 states also what type of car we needed. I asked for low mileage newer SUV and please have a spotless, clean car ready to go and what I got was high mileage ran down filthy SUV that was absolutely disgusting inside. Also “My Tire Shop” found a nail in the tire. We’ll get to that shortly. What I got in response to all this was a bad attitude completely unprofessional Trayson. Remember you don’t give out your Bosses number? Love that one. The best part of this experience I was initially actually asked if I would drive to the big O tire location and get it fixed myself !?! That’s their vendor apparently. I asked Trayson can’t you get this handled !?! He reverted and said he would send one of his cronies over to the shop. They drove down there. I came back an hour later and he said management wouldn’t approve him to rotate the mismatched tires correctly. Almost bald tires btw. His shop won’t help us. I took the time out of my morning drove the rental SUV to my own tire shop get the tires rotated and lo and behold they found a nice screw in the tire! They pulled the screw and fixed it immediately. Then I also paid for a car wash of my own and continued to wash the car correctly and detail it for the next three hours. The car gas tank was not full, when I addressed Trayson about all of these issues. He was so unprofessional and disrespectful. I don’t even have the time to go into this horrible experience any longer. I will never use this location or this company again. He said it’s okay just bring it back fuel level kinda close to what it would look like now !?! That is professional? I don’t do that. I filled up the car all the way full when I brought it back a week later. I filled up the tank that’s done the right way. There’s another extra $20 more from my pocket. I am very unsatisfied the way I was treated by Trayson and the other employees the worst experience I’ve ever had. I will never use this location again ever and I will be alerting my friends and family to tell them what happened on this experience. I’m going take the time to the direct websites involved and leave this everywhere because this issues need to be voiced and shared with future victims. I’m not going let it happen. Big corporations like yourselves are going start learn that the customers should come first, (at least your slogan says that) when they’re treated this badly? I’ll take the time out of my day go to the end extent to make sure that everyone knows about this. Trayson you asked me if my experience was a 10 out of 10? It’s a -0 out of 10 you were rude, unprofessional, impatient and I will never use your service location or company again. Paid $800 for this type of service you said oh I’ll give you 25% off of future rental believe you me and it won’t be with you. Costco membership already does that for me. You should probably pay attention next time. I’m in the transportation industry for a living and word-of-mouth goes a long way. To the future customers reading this, stay away from this location and preferably pick another rental company I will.

  Everything I come here I get treated extremely well. They are excellent to work with and have great suggestions. I park my car here wile I rent a car and it's right there when I come back so I don't have expensive UBER charges to deal with.
