Cody was very helpful and kind, it made having to get the rental a much more pleasant experience. I had to get it since my car was in the shop so the fact they could make a stressful situation more pleasant says everything! Will continue to rent a car from the Enterprise in American Fork!

I received an email yesterday to check in early and confirmed the reservation. We went to pick up the van this morning and were told they had no vans but could give us a small SUV. The reason we reserved a van was because we needed room for 6 passengers and lots of gear. How incompetent can a company be to confirm a reservation and then not have the vehicle that was confirmed? We were in a real life Seinfeld episode. I will drive to another city next time so that I never have to deal with Enterprise again. Totally ruined our travel plans.
