    Great rental experience as always. Gustavo has always been willing to accommodate and go the extra mile to make sure my rental is ready for me when I arrive.

    First time customer, I made a reservation at the very last min and spoke to budget customer service to confirm the availability, when I went to pick up the car there were no SUV’s Juan helped me to get one mini van and adjusted the price. He is very helpful and friendly. I would definitely suggest this location for any future reservations

    Back in October of 2019, during a family emergency, the guys at the counter at the American Fork, UT office went above and beyond to help us find a car during an extremely busy weekend. We'd stopped at other companies' offices and they'd all told us there wasn't any way they could help us. We're grateful to Chris and Gustavo, and we highly recommend them.

    We mixed up the day we were to pick our car up. Juan did not bat an eye. He found us another vehicle quickly, which enabled us to enjoy the rest of our vacation. Dollar has our vote going forward, we could not have been more satisfied with the courtesy and efficiency that Juan offered.
