Zach was super helpful and respected the brands I wanted, and what pricing I wanted. He even helped walking me through getting the best battery for my car for the best bang for my buck. I will always recommend autozone to anyone who needs car parts. They are friendly, helpful and respectful of all car owners and don't try and just take your money by up selling you if tell them exactly what you want.

He explained the difference between my options, gave recommendations, asked me about windshield fluid, and came out and installed my wiper blades. I’ve been here a few times before and haven’t ever had this level of experience. Thank you Zach!

The man changing the battery insisted that I needed felt covers to make my battery not corrode and then proceeded to have a hard time putting back my terminals on tight. It look him 3 different tries to tighten the terminal and on the 3rd try he insisted it was connected and the car started making me think everything was good to go. Fast forward 5 days later and my car won’t start leaving me completely stranded. I had to tow the car to a shop all for them to tell me the problem was that the terminal wasn’t connected properly. Costing me even more money with the tow and the shop If you’re getting a battery replaced a would go to another location.
