    I’ve shopped at this AutoZone for over 15 years and have generally been happy. However, my wife’s recent experience was unacceptable. My wife, who regularly buys parts for and services her own vehicle, was treated with blatant condescension and disrespect by an older, heavy-set male employee whose name I did not catch. When she asked if he could look up her vehicle by VIN to ensure the correct engine information, he abruptly told her she “just needed the year, make, and model.” When she politely explained she couldn’t recall the exact engine displacement and asked if using the VIN was okay, he snapped back that she was “telling him how to do his job.” When my wife asked if he was annoyed with her, he openly admitted that he was annoyed and then told her she could “go somewhere else.” This was not a misunderstanding—it was arrogant, hostile, and unmistakably sexist behavior. A paying customer asking a reasonable question should not be talked down to or dismissed, especially by someone in customer service. If this employee cannot interact respectfully with women, he should not be working the counter. AutoZone, DO BETTER. No, customer should not have to worry about being insulted for simply asking for help.

    Stopped to by for a battery check. I had actually already purchased a battery.A while ago, but I thought the issue was my alternator anyways.The attendant victoria helped me out and was very nice.Let me borrow the tools to put in this other battery and helped me out period apparently she's from the vineyard store.So anyways, she's here helping out, and she's top notch
