- NJNan JacobsonMay 13, 20265.0We were having a tough day with truck issues and pulling a 14,000 lb trailer. We’d already been pulled over four times since leaving Billings MT. EJ and Annabelle showed up with kindness and concern. Their other crew member loaded up the truck quickly and EJ with Annabelle’s help hooked up the trailer and we were off. The truck to the shop and us to Peter D’s RV park. We are so thankful for their speedy efficiency of loading us up and for their kindness and concern. There are still caring good people out there and we feel blessed they were our rescuers.

Ross from Ted's came to pick me up, and even offered to give me a ride the next day to go get a rental vehicle if I needed it. Super easy process and compassionate service the entire way.

Ross made us feel totally at ease and treated us like we were one of his best friends. He went way out of his way to help us get a rental car and accommodations so that we could get back on the road the following day. Forget about five stars this man deserves 10+. Ross did everything he could to help us in an unfortunate situation. Highly recommend Ted’s towing service.
