- MFMichel Ann FordAug 4, 20265.0Truck broke down 30 miles outside of Sheridan while pulling a 36’ 5th wheel. Called AAA & Ted’s Towing was dispatched. They arrived within 40 minutes & got our truck to the dealership & our RV to Sheridan KOA. Both Chris & Ed were very friendly & they even stayed to make sure we got our rv set up at the campground! Great service!! Definitely recommend!

EJ and Annabelle showed up with kindness and concern. Their other crew member loaded up the truck quickly and EJ with Annabelle’s help hooked up the trailer and we were off. The truck to the shop and us to Peter D’s RV park. We are so thankful for their speedy efficiency of loading us up and for their kindness and concern. There are still caring good people out there and we feel blessed they were our rescuers.

Ross from Ted's came to pick me up, and even offered to give me a ride the next day to go get a rental vehicle if I needed it. Super easy process and compassionate service the entire way.
