  Larissa and Kody were wonderful service agents for me. They helped me get a rental after my car broke down to ensure I made it to my class 5 hours away, on time, without stress. When I realized I wasn’t going to be able to fix my car nor purchase a new car in the rental timeframe I had originally requested, Kody had no issues extending out my rental and ensured I was going to be able to drop it off in another location, completely taking away another stressor for me at this time. Each member checked in with me with my rental to make sure everything was okay, answered any questions I had about the current rental, and made sure I was up to date on what my charges and fees were. When I was ready to return my rental at the drop off location in Sioux Falls, the associate I spoke with on the phone told me I could leave the car at Honda since they were closing within the next half hour before I could swap my items out to my new vehicle, and ensured me that they could pick up the car on Monday. Larissa and Kody were kind and calm while they attempted to locate the vehicle and ensure that it was actually picked up and returned to stock, keeping me updated, which was so helpful and again, a stress relief. I have never experienced such wonderful customer service and will now be choosing enterprise for all of my rental needs. Thank you so much!

  Rented a car from them on a Friday, called the same day to let them know license plate tags were expired. Had to leave a message did not hear back until Tuesday. To be told we would have to either drive to one city 120 miles away or the other. On expired tags. Told them that was not an option as we are working. And asked if they could over night us the tags for the vehicle. They could not because the "tags had already been mailed out" so you knowingly rented a vehicle with expired tags. While yes it is our bad for not noticing it sooner. Why would you rent a vehicle with expired tags? If the tags were already in the mail. I wad repeatedly told I don't know or I have to ask when speaking with representative. And when I asked to speak to a manager I was told one would have to call me back. Have yet to recieve that call. Been over 6 hours. Which I realize that this is not an emergency but 6 hours in my opinion seems excessive. I have not ulterior motives as this was a rental as part of my insurance plan. But IF you rent from them check your tags and check to make sure you have all your paperwork. Shame on you enterprise.

  That's always nice to rent from a good company when you travel abroad and then when you land Rent-A-Car but you make it reservations ahead of time it's always nice to have a reliable rental company
