  As always the process is quick, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It's a little pricey but I'm willing to pay extra for convenience.

  Awesome job, very knowledgeable, courteous staff, and great communication. The other place I went to by Walmart told me they couldn't do the fuel filters on my diesel dually because it was a Saturday and there's only two people on shift. There were no customers in the bay or waiting to be seen, so I came here instead and I'm thankful I did. The team at Valvoline got everything taken care of for me and I have locked this place in to come back to every time I'm in the area. Keep up the great work!!!

  I had a wonderful experience at the Rock Springs Valvoline. I went in for an oil change but ended up adding some extra services -- not because of sales pressure but because the staff was knowledgeable and the costs were reasonable. The assistant manager Celeste helped me get registered as the other technicians got to work. She even helped me update some maintenance settings on my car's computer. Very knowledgeable and helpful! While I was there I was also impressed by Jordan who helped with my oil change and Emily who greeted me during the tire rotation and appeared to be in some type of management role. Casen and another Emily helped with my tire rotation. My experience was fast and professional. There are others who helped and if I had noted their names I would give them shout outs too as the entire shop was super busy and diligent. The entire process put me at ease. I would definitely recommend and I look forward to going back again. Thank you for restoring my belief in customer service and a culture of hard work. This team has it!
