  Oil leaking after an oil change and I followup visit to fix it. They told me to call if the leaks continued but AI won't let me talk to anyone at the shop

  We needed an oil change during an extended road trip and we had a brief period of time after bad weather changed our plans. The service techs explained that they could do the change but they had no power. The entire crew, especially the manager, was doing everything possible to keep the facility up and running despite the lack of power. We were in and out in only slightly more than the normal time and we were all happy that the power returned. They even cleaned our very muddy rear view camera.
