  Lori I believe is a manager there she is always working her butt off she is super kind and helped me save some money with her knowledge of all the savings. In today’s economy every penny counts! She always greets me with a smile and welcomes me in I’ve noticed a huge change in the way things look and run sense she’s been around!

  Being a truck driver is really hard, but The lady who served me this morning really needs to keep her attitude at home. She was rude to me when I first came in and bought two bottles of windshield washer. Then she threw my pizza slice, and when I asked for a bag, she did the same thing. The manager can check the cameras. Honestly, I felt really down and disrespected, especially because I felt like she treated me this way because I’m an immigrant . This message is for you. I know my worth, and I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished. I speak five languages, and being an immigrant has never stopped me from moving forward. Stop treating people with hate and disrespect. Not me but you never know how much your words or actions can hurt someone Have a blessed day, little hater. Stay kind you’ll look better that way

  I have to post because Pilot is usually such a great reliable experience. Hopefully the people at corporate are looking at these reviews, because I see that even four years ago people were complaining about how rundown and decrepit. This truckstop was. It hasn’t gotten any better. What put it over the edge today? Was I drove to the parking lot and there are three of the light post concrete barriers laying in the middle of the parking lot. See picture. Pilot, take some of your money and refresh this truckstop. It’s on I 80 so it’s not like it’s a quiet back country place. Also, the fuel islands are completely covered with fuel on the ground. I don’t know the last time it was washed.

  More than half the lot is paid parking, it's such a cluster. Then on top of that in order to get to the fuel you have to snake around the parking area causing backups, they don't even have showers open at this location. I won't be returning to this location ever

  Rude night cashier lady who keeps filthy store. Politely told her at the counter that the shower I was assigned to was occupied even though the app said it was ready. No big deal, technical issues happen. She grimaced at me and said “well it’s obviously not ready then.” Then heaved an annoyed sigh before telling the maintenance guy to put me in a different one. Totally uncalled for attitude. The food looked disgusting and dried out and has clearly been sitting for hours. I’m willing to settle for mediocrity with Pilot/FJ but this place is bad even by their normal standards. The TA across the street is much better.
