I asked him could I grab it while he scared my items he told me OK I have to get him back in the line, but a guy who was Behind me who was not black, bought a pizza and had to go get a Pepsi, but he was not going to make him get him back in the line and was going to make us all wait for him until I said something that I was able to pay for my items this pilot needs sensitivity training. To treat all customers fairly and without prejudice, this is the second time I’ve encountered that at this Location
- PFPatrick FinneganApr 26, 20261.0Not worth coming to they got rid of the Denny’s. That was the only good food they had. The PJ fresh sucks by the time you get to the long long line the food‘s gone and you gotta wait 40 minutes for new food to come out. Next thing you know to be getting rid of the PJ fresh but as of now I really don’t have a reason to stop. The fuel is a little bit too high anyway. And the Customer Service needs to go home and find something else to do. They’re not good with people, especially that grumpy old guy in the front with the dark hair. I got the PJ fresh and you’re supposed to get two sides. He only gave me one side and charge me full price. What the hell is wrong with you people?

PFJ has become the dregs of truck stops across the country. I am trying to get my company to contract with Love's or anyone else for fuel. PFJ doesn't take care of their facilities or drivers at all
