- DBDr. Blac0May 6, 20224.0I think this place has a problem. The customer service sucks. And the chicken place really blows. I asked for two pieces of chicken. A normal place, puts your chicken and biscuit in a bowl then a bag. This cat just puts my food in a bag, what? I have never been any place, (food service that is) that just places your food in a paper bag. No paper bowl, no paper plate, just the bag. Plus whenever I go in, I get the eyes and the looks....as if I am up to no good or about to steal something. If you guys are reading this, I don't steal and I make good money to pay for what I want. Midwest need to get with the times and STOP stereotyping people. UPDATE: after writing the previous review, Sinclair Headquarters wrote me back via email. They said they was looking into the issues stated above, encourage me to go back. I did, 3 times, and INDEED the customer service was revamped and on point. I want to thank Sinclair for the prompt investigation and the fix. I recommend this stop now as they offer clean rest rooms, great customer service, awesome food, and very decent fuel prices.
