- ELEric LundellSep 15, 20261.0I was just at the Greese Monkey self car wash. The brush was broken off the hose and not repaired. The spray hose was leaking by where you grip it. The bay looked like it has not been swept out in weeks. I deposited $3.00 worth of quarters and after 3 minutes during the soap wash the water shurt off. I pointed these issues out to the manager. He seemed reluctant to do anything to improve or better maintain his equipment.
- MSMatthew S.Sep 11, 20261.0DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS DECEPETIVE COMPANY SHOP in Laramie. I was quoted a starting price on their A.I. phone service of $430 for brake and rotor replacement on 1 axle. Upon showing up for my appointment the store rep tells me it will start at $570 and that this store doesn't follow corporate pricing. The old bait and switch, huh. I pointed this out to the sales associate, and i asked for the manager. He wasn't around. So we have a store with no manager at it. Bad. I said that I would not do business with a company that conducts business in this way...so I took my business to Les Schwab Laramie. $498 tax included.

Today I tried to change my own oil since I have the resources to do so and I’m 99% sure they impacted down my drain plug and 90% certain the bolt is cross threaded. Now I have to bring it into another place and probably have it all replaced. I don’t recommend.

They also took the time to drive it around a bit to verify, but the thermostat was also failing. The put a new one in and filled up the coolant in the time that it took me to get a haircut. They did a great job for a reasonable price. And Ella was awesome.
