  The first time I ever went to Grease Monkey (many years ago), I was sorely disappointed by the service and their push for me to get multiple things done that I couldn't afford. This visit, however, was easy, calm and they weren't trying to push unnecessary costs on me. They were friendly and professional, as well as relaxed and easy going. I made the calls and felt in control. The office was clean and comfortable. They offer drinks, have a tv, and it was a pleasant few hours sitting there. I will definitely return and have been singing their praises since.

  I was in and out. The technician showed me what my car needed, and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. I thought the price was reasonable.

  I own a F350 and travel all over the USA. My batteries were crapping out on the truck and I was in Laramie at the time. Called to verify due to not from area and was told to come right in. When I pulled into lot I was directly greeted asking if I was person with problem batteries - I said yes and they had me go directly to a vehicle bay. I stated I wanted Two new batteries for the truck and even though they didn’t have what I needed they got the batteries sent directly over to them in less then 15 min. In no time I was fixed up and back on the road again. Thank You so much to the fast and friendly team at this location. They were excellent and I wish I could find places like this more often when I had issues with a vehicle. 5 Star all the way.
