  First $150 for an oil change. Wow. Today I tried to change my own oil since I have the resources to do so and I’m 99% sure they impacted down my drain plug and 90% certain the bolt is cross threaded. Now I have to bring it into another place and probably have it all replaced. I don’t recommend.

  I came in for a radiator flush because it was overheating. The did what I asked and did it quickly. They also took the time to drive it around a bit to verify, but the thermostat was also failing. The put a new one in and filled up the coolant in the time that it took me to get a haircut. They did a great job for a reasonable price. And Ella was awesome.

  The first time I ever went to Grease Monkey (many years ago), I was sorely disappointed by the service and their push for me to get multiple things done that I couldn't afford. This visit, however, was easy, calm and they weren't trying to push unnecessary costs on me. They were friendly and professional, as well as relaxed and easy going. I made the calls and felt in control. The office was clean and comfortable. They offer drinks, have a tv, and it was a pleasant few hours sitting there. I will definitely return and have been singing their praises since.
