- PMPatricia MontezOct 6, 20261.0Decided to cancel my tire order because I never received a phone call (was told the tires would be delivered the next day) the day after I ordered my tires! Called them the next day and was told that the tires didn’t come in and it would be another day! Would have been nice to get a call with this information instead of me having to call them! Decided to cancel my order and go with Les Schwab who were able to install tires right away! Very disappointed because I had been a customer of gills for many years!
- JVJackson VictoreOct 2, 20265.0Shout out to Lauren, she really went all out to help me get back in the road. Logan also was helpful and really worked with me on payment options, and waved some fees. The manager himself gave me a ride to my house. There are other guys who worked in my car too, one of them showed me the old part and explained how it was busted. They hung out after hours to get me on the road.
- GSGlenn StromOct 2, 20265.0They were willing to work with me. And help me find the right tires for my truck. And when my spare was the wrong size, they helped me find a new spare for a good price
- JOjeff owensSep 22, 20265.0Was about to use my truck to go to Denver Airport. Found one of my tires separated and decided to use a different vehicle. From the very top of Alaska I was able to pick the tires I wanted and book an appointment. The tires I picked were not in stock but they were able to get them before my appointment. During my appointment they gave my truck a free inspection. There was some confusion over the price going up from what my quote said. The staff was able to fix it and put the overage back onto my card. Definitely a good place to get tires. If you want a certain type or brand of tire, plan accordingly as it does take time for shipping.
- QDQuincy DereemerSep 7, 20265.0I had a nail in my tire and they fixed it in under 20 minutes. They also fixed it for no cost which I was shocked by. Very much appreciated and so nice!
