  The staff at both offices where I picked up and returned the car were extremely friendly and professional. The car itself ran beautifully, was clean inside and out and gave me no problems as I drove across country.

  To the person who responded from Enterprize, I dont want to have to deal with any of your go hear do this crude anymore. Not woeth my time.after this experience... you want to actually do something about it, you reach out to me , phone call, email, txt message and not with some link to go hear or there crude. An actual person behind the phone call txt or email. NO TRANSFERS EITHER!!! Dave in cullowhee north carolina was an absolute nightmare to deal with, it was more like he was trying to avoid me, not wanting to help or problem solve, just kept passing me off. Delt with 2 of his employees, the female was totally lost and confused she called him and he told her to just tell us to go somewhere else. One male called him as well, he stilled passed the buck( dave), but the employee was willing to try and problem solve which helped tremendously. The store i turned the care into manager was very nice and helpful he is the ONLY reason i will ever consider possibly renting from enterprise again plain and simple. I tried calling customer service, they kept connectimg me to a different customer service( like 20 times), kept having to explain everything over and over as well as verifying who i was and in the end they still didnt help after going through multiple transfers. Having to call back due to disconnects that was interestingly when they didnt know what to do.. My entire experience except for the Laramie office staff/ store manager was the worst i ever ever experienced in my entire life of over 50 yrs. Of dealing with anykind of customer service services.

  Zero stars if I could! They never refunded me for the 4 days they said would and have yet to return my $350 pair of nikes that where left in the car. When I call to get things figured out they give me the run around game!!! Absolutely the worst customer care and service ever!

  Superb customer service from Justin and Keith! Justin provided top-notch pick-up service from my home to Enterprise, and Keith handled my return quickly. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth. The Mercedes-Benz was fabulous. 10 out of 10 would rent a car from Enterprise in Laramie again.
