  Zero stars if I could! They never refunded me for the 4 days they said would and have yet to return my $350 pair of nikes that where left in the car. When I call to get things figured out they give me the run around game!!! Absolutely the worst customer care and service ever!

  Superb customer service from Justin and Keith! Justin provided top-notch pick-up service from my home to Enterprise, and Keith handled my return quickly. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth. The Mercedes-Benz was fabulous. 10 out of 10 would rent a car from Enterprise in Laramie again.

  Keith and Justin were wonderful- they provided excellent customer service and a clear explanation of the rental process! I will definitely be using enterprise in Laramie again due to the wonderful experience I had!

  Kieth turned our stressful day around with a quickness! As a 1st time renter Kieth made the process not only fast but easy. He was quickly able to troubleshoot multiple issues from vehicle size and what was available, to basically teaching me how to rent a car all together. Kieths patients and fun attitude helped me gain the confidence to use rentals more often in the future. Our mini van aka swagger wagon was a clean smooth ride and got the job done quite well!

  Full disclosure, I did not end up renting a car here! Or anywhere else, my travel plans changed. But the branch manager (Keith) went above and beyond to help me as much as he could when I was in a pretty sticky situation after an incident with my car. I sat in the branch waiting area for several hours, waiting for an update on my car from the repair shop, and I got to witness a lot of pleasant, positive interactions between Keith and the customers, and I was never at any point treated like a nuisance or a problem. Excellent service, even towards someone who didn't end up being a paying customer. Can't recommend enough.
