- DMDana Macy2 days ago5.0Safelite auto glass made it so easy. Make an appt in line, confirm, take your car in and they fixed it beautifully. This is maybe my third time as Wyoming living just is rough on our windshields. Thank you for making it so easy to fix.

Made me fill up my car with gas and remove my topper from my car claiming they can’t do the calibration without a full tank of gas and with the topper on the car. Removed the topper and filled the gas up, they were still unable to do their jobs. All they did was waste my time and be rude. Just go to the dealership, they are capable of doing their jobs and are respectful.

From my perspective, it’s a clear case of improper installation or defective product as I’ve experienced no rock chips and there are no clear impact marks. The shop calling it new damage and bad luck on my part, therefore refusing to honor the warranty and replace the windshield just weeks after I paid a small fortune to replace it. I really wish I had read the reviews prior to going with this Safelite.
