  I would give zero stars if I could. Our first car was dirty on the inside and outside (mud everywhere) and the passenger windows didn't roll all the way down (only stopped halfway). We went back for a new car and asked SPECIFICALLY for one with back windows that roll down. We were given a car that once again, had windows that did NOT roll down. AND this car has fruity pebble crumbs literally engrained in the seats. We asked for a vacuum to try to get these crumbs out, and they replied with "well the vacuum is all the way on the other side of the airport." Window is scratched badly as well! HORRIBLE customer service and employees. Will be telling everyone to AVOID this company. If you are reading this. PLEASE get your car from somewhere else!

  We rented a Sprinter van with 15 passenger seating and it was great! Lots of glass to see through, plenty of space for people and luggage for a trip to Yellowstone. Awesome service from National Car Rental counter.

  Car was filthy and had mechanical issues. Needed to drive four hours and ruin a day to get a different vehicle that was smaller, worse on gas and uncomfortable.

  All the staff at Jackson Hole Airport was amazing and polite. From the time we picked up the vehicle to the time we dropped it off. The vehicle was clean and in great condition. Keep up the great work and excellent customer service!!!

  The service agents present at the Jackson Hole airport were extremely unhelpful. First of all, my partner had a prior accident in a rental (2019) from national, and had insurance during that timeframe. Apparently National had made a claim against her policy, but neither National nor my partners insurance provider never informed us that a deductible was owed (they have had 7 years to do so). Thus, when my party of 7 people arrived at Jackson Hole airport on 06/15, we were TURNED AWAY and told our reservation for a large vehicle was being cancelled until we paid $940.00 to National, which was ALSO NOT communicated to us prior to making the reservation. Rather, it seems National intentionally withheld this information from us until we were put in a situation where paying it was our only option at receiving a rental car, as this airport is notoriously busy and rental cars were in high demand as well as low stock. This is a VERY frustrating experience and represents a contemptuous, predatory business practice. Add to this fact, the agents at Jackson Hole airport were RUDE, and co-incidentally a group of other travelers present with us at Jackson Hole airport also expressed frustration at the service agents for a similar issue. It's obvious that National does not treat its customers well. Shame on this business, I have no intention of ever doing business with National again as a result of this experience. I demand a full refund and the price of the rental refunded as well, along with future credits if you want to retain me or any member of my extended family (all 7 family members present for the vacation cancelled our accounts, as well as my entire extended family!) as customers going forward!
