  They are so nice and helpful! I had 2 screws in my tire, I also told them I was leaving for a weekend trip and they even checked everything for me so I would be safe on my travels! Took less than an hour, I was there right when they opened. Highly recommend.

  On vacation in Yellowstone and had some tire trouble in the mountains . Tire was beyond repair. Tetons and Jackson was our next destination in 2 days time. Called ahead talked to Soap who was easy to talk to and went over all options with me. Decided due to estimated lifespan of remaining tires that 4 new tires was the way to go. Soap recommended a tire brand and model not based on Jackson but conditions in my home state. Tires were not in stock but would be there next day. When we arrived in Jackson tires were ready as promised. JD and his crew got on it and had us back in vacation mode in a little over an hour. They even put the spare back underneath. Our 1500 mile ride home was smooth, quiet and most importantly without tire incident. If you live in or around Jackson, then you already know and if you don’t, let me help you out, Big O is just where you go. Great people to work with! Unfortunately we don’t have Big O locations in Northern Illinois otherwise I’d have a tire “guy”.

  JD and his guys were top notch customer service from the moment they answered the phone to the finished tire install. I was sold an underrated tire at another tire shop which blew out. JD educated me on tire psi and max load rating for which I was able to be placed in a better rated tire for peace of mind and safety. 10/10 recommend this shop!

  These guys are some of the kindest, most honest mechanics I have ever dealt with. Every single time I bring my car in, they take care of me like family, and this time they went above and beyond. My car started overheating, and they didn’t just do a quick fix and send me on my way. They gave me a loaner car, took the time to find the actual problem, replaced what needed to be replaced, properly burped the radiator, and kept working on it until they knew it was completely resolved. They even drove it around themselves afterward to make sure the problem didn’t come back. What stands out most is their honesty and integrity. They could have easily taken advantage of the situation, but instead they were completely fair and only did what was needed. That kind of trust and care is rare, especially in a place like Jackson Hole. I’m so grateful to have mechanics I can truly trust. They don’t just work on your vehicle — they take care of you.
