I’m a musician in the road, and I needed and oil change/tire rotation. Tire Pros got me in and out - after dealing with a filter delivery issue that was out of their control - in fine style. I totally recommend Tire Pros.

Back in July of 2025 I was about 15 minutes away from my campsite after driving for about 10 hours when I got a flat tire. I was just getting ready to start a trip to the Grand Tetons and I was determined to not let this set the tone for the rest of the trip. I attempted to get my tire fixed at a tire shop across the street, but they were out of my specific tire. And how lucky I was that they were. It led me to this Big O Tires, managed by JD. JD and his team were efficient and caring while they helped get me back on the road so I could go explore their neck of the woods. JD was so patient while I figured out what, exactly, I needed to do to get myself together to get this dang tire and get on the road. I never once felt pressured or rushed during the time there. I even ended up chatting with another patron in their waiting room and I knew, if the Tetons had any amount of hospitality compared to that in which I found in an unassuming tire shop waiting room, I was bound to enjoy my time. And I did just that. Cheers to JD and his team for saving my trip and getting me back on the road! My tires drove my safely back home to Colorado, but the impression left has not been forgotten.

We got a flat tire on our anniversary trip, and needed help fixing our tire. We were able to get right in. Unfortunately the tire couldn’t be fixed but the team was very helpful.

Jackson Tire Pros seem like an honest dealer. They took my truck in, looked it over, and said that I needed full suspension. I was a bit overwhelmed because I thought I was going to just get a front end alignment. So we compromised by just rotating the tires, which gave me much better handling. This gave me time to decide/save up for the suspension.

We're from out of town, Oklahoma way, and brought our car in for a blown out shock kinda stranded like. Jackson Tire Pros got us in quickly and got to it before anyone else. Due to the year of our car, there was some trouble with parts from the supply house. JD and the team stayed hooked and got us back online before the day we had to leave. Great crew with some great leadership!
