We arrived at a very busy time of the day. They were fully staffed and cleared the line efficiently. Our representative, Liam, was very professional and courteous. They were out of full size vehicles, which we had reserved, but he quickly located an available upgrade for us and got us on our way. I appreciated that he got us seated comfortably for the few minutes we had to wait then came to us to get us our keys. Highly recommend him for his personalized service!

Outstanding service! This was our first time in Wyoming, and while I typically use Hertz, the Hertz here is a licensee, so I decided to use Enterprise and got a status match with them.
The people here were incredibly friendly, wholesome, and down-to-earth people. Getting our rental was quick and easy, and we were able to get an upgrade to a Jeep Wrangler using our platinum status. The lady who helped me, Isabella, was incredible. She made getting our rental seamless, was a great conversationalist with a great personality, informative, and when I returned the car three days later, she remembered my name and asked how our trip was and how the car held up, which made me feel great. The car was in great shape; it was clean, rode smoothly, and its off-roading capabilities really enhanced our experience in Yellowstone. 11/10 service and experience. Shout out to Isabella; give her a raise.
My experience with the Jackson Hole Airport Enterprise was extremely disappointing. After hitting an animal in Wyoming and needing a replacement vehicle through my insurance, I was told by Enterprise staff that they would not provide me with one of the vehicles they had available. The explanation given was that those vehicles were being reserved for customers paying out of pocket because those rentals generated more revenue than insurance claim rentals.
As a customer who was already dealing with the stress of an accident, this was incredibly frustrating and felt like blatant discrimination against insurance claim customers. Instead of helping me find a solution, I was essentially told that my business was less valuable.
Because Enterprise would not accommodate me, I had to rent a vehicle from Avis just to travel to the Enterprise location in Idaho Falls. After making that additional trip, I was given a replacement vehicle that smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. When you've already gone through the inconvenience of an accident, the last thing you expect is to be sent on a multi-hour detour only to receive a vehicle in poor condition.
The entire process was chaotic from start to finish. I spent extra time, money, and energy simply trying to obtain a usable rental car. The lack of customer service, poor communication, and apparent prioritization of higher-profit customers over those with insurance claims made this one of the worst rental car experiences I've ever had. What should have been a straightforward replacement rental turned into a complete mess.
The Management team at the Enterprise facility at the Jackson Hole Airport were extremely helpful with my rental car experience.
Joe, stepped up immediately and provided us with another vehicle when our rental car from Denver had issues. Later on we worked with Izabella who worked with us to resolve further problems so that we could continue enjoying our vacation. Cruz , the Area Manager provided us with assistance to eliminate extra fees that we incurred. She went above and beyond to provide us with information.
I will continue to use Enterprise because they are a reliable and dependable agency. Thank You! Patty
I picked up a car at the Jackson Hole Airport branch, and right away, I noticed a distinct crack on the front windshield. Out of serious concern for my family's safety, I had to turn around and drive all the way back to the office, wasting over an hour of our vacation time.
When I pointed it out, the staff showed zero empathy. They refused to apologize and carelessly dismissed it as a "common issue," simply because they had applied some glue to it beforehand without even informing me.
To make matters worse, the counter agent didn't even bother to give us the vehicle's location. My family and young children were left wandering and waiting in a dangerous, busy parking lot for 30 minutes. On top of that, they charged me without even showing or explaining the final total amount.
Extremely unprofessional, disorganized, and completely negligent regarding customer safety. I highly recommend avoiding this location if you care about your safety and your time.
