This was a great experience. When we arrived, we were later than expected due to a maintenance issue with our plane. The staff were friendly and kind, even though we were probably some of the last customers of the day. We actually called earlier in the day to determine protocol for delayed flights and we received a quick answer to our call and helpful information. The check in process was quick and efficient and they even asked if we were ok with the provided car. We were, but I get the impression that if we had needed a change they would have been happy to help. I’m sure it is policy but we were encouraged to take a video of the car upon receiving keys to use should an accident happen. This was helpful and a good impression that they were keeping customer needs at the forefront of their business. We had no problems all week while driving around Yellowstone, Grand Teton and all in between. The car held up well and we felt safe and comfortable all week.
When retuning, we were greeted by the concierge and were immediately asked how our trip was and if we had any concerns. The check in process was great and we were encouraged to look through the car again to double check that we had all of our items.
Overall, this was a great experience and hopefully we can return to the area again. Will definitely choose enterprise if we need car rentals again!

Liam was our counter agent at National Car Rental and he was such a delight! We got the perfect SUV for our adventure and so appreciate our experience with him.

My Wife and I had just flown in cross country from Fort Lauderdale, Florida only to be told that our reservation with Dollar couldn’t be fulfilled due to “no luxury vehicles.” Well Enterprise located conveniently at the airport (unlike Dollar) made this right in 5 minutes. Not only did we get a BMW SUV but it was cheaper than our original Dollar reservation and Heather made the process so simple and easy. She was so sweet and professional and returning the vehicle a week later was just as easy, and Heather was at the front desk once again being warm and welcoming.

I had been renting from Enterprise for almost one year straight. Eleven months I believe, March 3rd, 2025 to first week or so in February (give or take a few days.
During that time I had no problems, I did as they asked when the truck needed servicing or just checking on me and the truck.
I live in Wilson, WY which basically Jackson Hole. So they came to know I wasn't going anywhere. I showed up whenever needed paid my statement and set up renting another month.
Everyone working that time was always kind, accommodating, helpful and professional with me.
A new manager or whatever she thinks she put me on a "Do not rent" list. So when I went to renew a truck I was renting they took the key from and we are not renting to you anymore.
AGAIN LET ME MAKE IT VERY CLEAR, I ALWAYS PAID AND DID WHATEVER THE PAST MANAGER OR EMPLOYEES NEEDED TO DO.
BRING THE TRUCK IN FOR SERVICE OR EXCHANGE IT.
I ALSO LOST ON ALL THE POINTS I EARNED OVER THAT YEAR.
SHE IS THE WORST MANAGER, AND HAS NO IDEA HOW TO COMMUNICATE WITH PAYING CUSTOMERS.

First time in Jackson hole, WY and It was great, easy and fast to get our rental.
The enterprise representatives at the airport were super friendly and helpful.
Plus we got an upgrade for them not having the car I reserved, we went from AWD SUV to 4x4 full size Truck. (That’s what I have back home in Florida) so it was even easier to get around everywhere.
In resume it was a great and pleasant experience with Enterprise and we will for sure rent with them again!!!
