  I can be ok with the fact that the parking sucks here during busy times. Its not their fault that people in Jackson don't pay attention to anyone around, however, my huge issue is the fact that all the hot food is full in the first part of the morning, but during lunch time when staff should be on top of refills, the toppings station is never filled, the hot dogs are empty, and the other hot food is almost empty...there are usually 3 people behind the hot food counter making items, but no one cares enough about customer service to refill the things that customers buy; it doesn't take more than 2 minutes to put hot dogs on the machine and leave them, or to have back ups made of the toppings, furthermore, the staff behind the check out counter do not hide the fact that they have no interest in providing good customer service, they are rude, usually ignoring customers to have their own conversations, they are cold and short with everyone. service there is crap, and the gas is super overpriced. Welcome to Jackson

  Place is mediocre at best. Went and tried to get a burrito during normal breakfast time. They were all sold out. My wife saw that they make made to order so she suggested that. This was a conversation between us. The rude food service employee heard us. Then says “ I am not making made to order unless you want to wait all day”. We were like ok and got ready to leave cause this guy is being a a rude jerk. Then he goes on about how he works 12 hour days and is training someone. Sorry but how does that relate to you making me a burrito. Sorry bro don’t care about you or your problems. Won’t be returning here ever. And for the guy that said that to us. Go get another job. You get paid to make food so just make it.

  Able to fuel and get coffee both mornings in Jackson. It is a very busy place at 6:30 am. A lot of blue collar folks headed to work. Only issue is trying to navigate the parking lot in the early morning. Very busy.

  The only place open for over 100 miles and I couldn't stay three hours till my delivery time. That's sad. Where do people go in the middle of nowhere to relax after a 26 hour drive. The attendant couldn't tell me because he knew there was nothing around for many miles. I needed to fill up 24 gallons diesel, wont be doing it there.
