  Bullshit service who charged $1500 for 2 tires and couldnt install a tire correctly which cauzed the same tire blow out second time the next day. Not recommended at all

  The Point S team, Adam and his crew, were on point for me and my family when were traveling on a road trip heading to Yellowstone. We suffered a blowout on our travel trailer just outside of Greybull. It was late in the evening and getting close to the end of their business day and I needed a new tire.... two actually. I felt I needed two tires for safety as I had a blowout last year with our travel trailer and I wanted to have two spares just in case....and to make the situation more challenging, I needed them with the rims because when my single axle trailer has a blowout, all the weight gets thrown on the rim and bends the rim when traveling at high speed. I had a spare to get me into town but I needed to get to Yellowstone that night. By luck and perhaps some divine intervention, Adam happened to have two tires and two rims that were the correct size for my travel trailer. Understanding of our urgency to get to Yellowstone due to our reservations, Adam and his crew, got the work done quickly, courteously, and with good humor. He even gave our kids some ice cream treats while we waited. Adam and his crew truly know their stuff inside and out. They saved our family vacation from disaster and all at a very fair price. Thank you Adam! You guys rock!

We were traveling in our RV when we discovered that our front tires were extremely worn and had become a serious safety concern. We needed help quickly, and even though closing time was approaching, the team took the time to help us before finishing the work they already had scheduled. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cared about our safety. They understood the urgency of our situation and went above and beyond to make sure we could get back on the road with confidence. Without their help, our trip could have taken a very different turn.   I was in town visiting family and took my car in because I was having some alignment issues. Adam and the crew completed the lengthy alignment (my car was not cooperating) and everything looked great on paper. They got better numbers than my mechanic back home has ever achieved. My car continued to pull right, so they wanted me to bring it back in. They took a lot of time diagnosing the problem and ultimately solved the issue. I am very grateful for the time and concern they put into fixing my car. I will surely use them for any of my car needs next time I am in town.
