- JMJeff MuriJun 22, 20261.0Pilots in general never stop coming up with ways to disappoint. No exception here today; I was told that they no longer print emails at this location. That makes it tough to get an OS/OW permit printed. Walmart "Business Center" in town doesn't either, which is where they suggested I try. The Office store in town closed at 530.
- TRTerri RummelJun 21, 20261.0I visited your your truckstop to eat at the subway Subway location to order food and had a very disappointing experience. when I bought this to your manager’s attention he was also extremely rude to me When I entered the restaurant, there was no one at the counter. I could hear an employee in the back washing dishes, so I waited patiently for approximately two minutes before politely calling out, “Hello, there are customers out here.” The employee responded that she would be with us in a few minutes. After waiting an additional five minutes, during which several customers had gathered at the counter, I called out again and said, “You have several customers up here who need assistance.” When the employee finally came to the front, she was extremely rude and immediately became confrontational. I simply reminded her that customers should take priority over tasks being completed in the back. Rather than assisting us, she became even more hostile and ultimately refused to serve me. I understand that employees have responsibilities beyond serving customers, but being ignored for several minutes and then treated disrespectfully is unacceptable. Refusing service after a customer politely requests assistance is especially concerning. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention and hope it can be addressed to prevent other customers from having a similar experience.

He spent almost an hour at the end of his shift helping us get our truck started. Cristian exemplifies the leadership and customer service values that Pilot should recognize and nurture. We have always had good experiences at this Pilot in Evanston, WY so stop in and fill up at this highly recommended location.
