  This flying j in Evanston Wyoming is awesome. Of course they have the lottery truckers. Love this place. I just talked to a brand new employee. Amanda Gerber she is awesome. She's a local here in Evanston professional, courteous and kind. I'll be back. Thanks, Amanda

  While filling up my car yesterday at Flying J in Evanston, WY, and putting in less than $ 24.00 of fuel; I received a fraud alert from my credit card for Pilot authorizing a charge of $226.00, which I had not authorized this amount. Mind you this is more than $200.00 over the amount of fuel purchased! When I went inside to clarify why such a huge amount is being held, the clerk, John, said it will be released later. He was dismissive of my concerns and told me to get out of "his store". I am an elderly person and I don't believe customers should be treated the way I was. This store needs to explain to their customers about how much of your credit is being held, for how long, and why. I imagine this station will continue on, but I will not be back!

  Yes to pizza. But the entire thing that keeps the other hot food like chicken tenders and such is not operational. So you can't get any of the other standard hot food you normally find at a flying j. They do have a hot box with a few burgers but thats it. Kinda defeats the purpose of stopping at such a annoying small place

  The worst customer service I ever had in a truck stop... people very rude on June 8 2026 at 900 pm managers pay attention to this... I made a question a young girl about an item and she says she's not the factory to know about it then I told the shift manager about it a guy wearing glasses on and he didn't care... I spent thousands of dollars a month for fuel at Flying and this is the treat I got for it....

  Professional drivers should be aware of the customer service at this location. I pulled in, went inside to pay for fuel, and explained that my co-driver was in the truck and would move it as soon as fueling was finished. Instead of listening, the employee immediately became rude, rushed me, and spoke to me in a disrespectful and hostile manner. The situation escalated to the point where I was told not to come back to this Flying J, despite doing nothing wrong and calmly explaining the situation. I felt unfairly targeted and treated differently than other customers. Truck drivers spend a lot of money keeping these locations in business and deserve to be treated with basic respect. Based on my experience, management should address the behavior of this employee and improve customer service at this location.
