  The store and the bathrooms were clean and organized. The lady at the checkout was very kind. The man at the food counter for the chicken was extremely rude and could not be bothered to do his job. I ordered something and he said “no because then I have to cook it.” Okay, cool. He did not explain why (maybe you’re closing soon, I’m not local, I don’t know the hours) but his approach was unnecessary. He wanted to stand there and drink his soda instead of do anything, I guess.

  Great rest stop - CLEAN bathrooms, gas, food and close to I-25.

  Advertise open from 5am to 11pm. Yet close down bathrooms almost every night by 10pm. Truckers have no access to bathrooms or showers after 10pm because they close down the area. I'll besure to stay at pilot in Casper, or any other truck stop from now on.

  Had to spend the weekend here for my reload Monday morning. Overall experience was good, great restaurant food was delicious, laundry facility and parking was great. The only bad experience is when dealing with Joe, I fueled up Friday night in anticipation of a shower Sunday night, I bought a cup that was supposed to be jumbalia , got to my truck and it was Mac and cheese, took it back in, passing the attendant , Joe on the way in and explained the container was marked wrong after exchanging it, he proceeded to tell me that I had to pay for it again. Had to argue the fact that it was already purchased. Sunday night I went in for a shower, after I spent nearly 600 on fuel, this jack wagon Joe said the receipt wasn't validated. In all my time of trucking they usually will mark the receipt when presented for said shower .
