  I will remain a customer of this Safelite! They took great care of my truck today and they offered our family a blessing that made the difference in my day 🥹💖. I hope they receive the kindness and blessings tenfold at this location and in their business. Thank you Safelite team for reminding someone in your community that there are businesses and people in Cheyenne who have hearts for others in hard moments!

  The guys in the office leave a lot to be desired; they canceled my appointments for weeks without notice and then ask me for a VIN on the 4th canceled appointment that led to the 5th one where the install happened. But the installer was friendly, fast, and efficient. The installer made up for the others short comings IMO.

  first off, i have used safelite many times over the last 20 years with no preoblems, including this local shop. tht being said...NEVER AGAIN! safelite has gone seriously downhill. 2 appointments, arround 12 hours total, plus had to pay someone else to remove my aftermarket lights because of safelite policies. 1st apointment...3 hours just to be told they couldn't do the work. made a second appointment, plus an appointment to pay someone to take the lights off. no safelite tech showed up, after about 6 hours had the light put back on, drove to to safelite (because you can't call directly- and the customer service center couldn't reach them). got to the shop to find no tech had been assigned...drove back to the other shop to have the lights removed, again.. then finally had the windshield replaced...couldn't replace the wipers because they use some random off brand that didn't fit instead of the quality wiper theyv'e used in the past. lots of "i'm sorrys" but a serious lack of communication, scheduling and overall service. the tech who was finally assigned was great though. company policies (they say they can work on any vehicle...but some lights are too much for them.

  What a joke! Need a chip repair, went to their website and it gives 3 options, I chose the middle one that said a repair for just under $60 and a new pair of wiper blades. Just as I was finishing up my order, a quote of $256 came up! I called and got the circular logic routine. NEVER AGAIN! If you have to use em, check your bill closely...

  0 stars if I could. The customer service is terrible. I waited all day yesterday for my scheduled windshield replacement - complete no-show. No phone call, no text, no e-mail - nothing but crickets. I finally called the corporate number and they couldn't even get the local shop to answer the phone. It's a good thing they are corporate owned and corporate likes to spend a bunch of money on TV commercials that are a total joke. If they were an independent local business that treated their customers this way they wouldn't have any customers. So here I am, totally wasted day, still have a broken windshield and trips planned that I will probably have to postpone all because a company has no regard for my time and doesn't even have the courtesy to call. I highly doubt that they will even respond to this review - they could care less about their customer service. Lesson learned.
