  Zero Star if possible. No one on site and lied to me about not having vehicles. Their lot had the same cars when I picked up from their competition and dropped off twl days later. Get to work and do it right or shut the place down, people's time Is valuable. You are a joke !!!!

  This is the laziest place to ever rent for. They had no cars and lost my reservation even though I had a confermation number.

  I do not understand why National has an office here in Cheyenne WY. Obviously, there is not enough business for it since the agents are never at the terminal and are in the co-located offices with Enterprise out on Missile Drive. At this location, they are more worried about the Enterprise business than taking care of all customers regardless if they are Enterprise or National. Oh yeah, if you make a reservation and do not bring a major credit card with you, you are basically out of luck because they will expect copies of your utility bills before lift a finger to help you. I left and got excellent service from another car rental place. I will never go back to this location.
