    Everyone is friendly here, but we ate at Denny's yesterday and today we got food that was sealed because the flies are horrible here. all over the coffee spouts, fountain soda station, in Denny's flies kept landing on the food that we couldn't enjoy our food. I've been to plenty of PILOTS/FLYING J and never have I ever seen sooooo many flies. please fix this infestation!!!

    Placed a $226 hold for $70 worth of gas, which is bad enough on its own, but they put it under a different gas station's (pilot) name. Not only is that excessive, but it took over 5 days to remove, and caused a great deal of confusion by using another station's name on the pre-authorization charge and their own name on the fuel charge.

    Walked into the store from a long drive over the road. I asked a worker where the microwave was to warm my food and he proceeded to tell me it was where the Cinnabon station was at knee level. I accidentally walked into the Cinnabon station because I thought that’s where it was. I took one step inside the Cinnabon station and the manager Mat raised his voice like I was a kid when I’m a grown man and said it’s behind the station twice. Asked him to lower his tone and even pleaded with him at a respectable tone that it was an accident. He still continues to tell me it’s behind the station disrespecting me and threaten to kick me out the store when he caused this whole issue by disrespecting someone who’s coming to the store to buy food and warm food. I even told another worker there what happened and all she could say is that he’s the manager. Before walking out the store I asked him if he wanted to bury the hatchet and he still had an attitude. Imagine someone disrespecting you and you’re asking them to say hey let’s end this on the right note and they still catch an attitude. I get people have bad days but at your workplace you shouldn’t disrespect someone for no reason. It took a lot to hold restraint for a grown man disrespecting me.
