  Terrible experience with Enterprise in Cheyenne Wyoming. Cars are not even at the airport, you have to call for a shuttle to take you to their facility to get the car. Cars were not ready, they were cleaning them as each person checked in. Manager and assistant manager unprofessional and then each group was charged an additional 20 percent fee for booking through a third party, such as Expedia. The entire group of people getting their cars were told the same thing. None of us had booked through a third party, we all booked through the airport site. When I got the email confirmation to confirm my rental it couldn’t be opened as it was flagged as suspicious. Check your server, maybe you have been hacked. I had to wait 3 hours for a car in Cheyenne and it wasn’t even Frontier Days! Use Avis, never had a problem with them.

  Rented a car, got a call shortly after booking that I had to use a different vehicle as the one I requested wasn't available at this location - that's fine, it happens. We had to drive to the other location to pick up the other car & do paperwork for the rental due to a computer outage - not an issue in and of itself, but if I had flown into the airport I wouldn't've had this option. Car itself was fine, it was clean and was what I would expect from a rental. Dropped the car off before the required time at the airport, using the key dropoff box, and was told by the other location over the phone that this was sufficient. This was the only time in multiple attempts that either location has answered the phone in my experience. Never got a confirmation that the car was returned, never was charged on my credit card for the rental, and never got a receipt nor invoice. Have reached out to corporate multiple times and all they can do, apparently, is send a reminder to the location to try and get them to send the invoice. I've tried calling the location, sat on hold for quite a while, and no one picked up. Do not use this location, or the other location in Cheyenne. The employees are friendly in person but that's about as far as it goes.

  Car was at a half tank and paperwork said it was full. Turned it in on Sunday morning and it didn't get checked in until Monday, so they tried to charge me for an extra day. Pretty sad.

  I booked a car rental through Enterprise for pickup on Memorial Day, but they didn’t think to tell me (or several other disgruntled customers) that they’d be closed the entire day. It makes no sense that a travel company would be completely nonfunctional on a holiday, and it’s inexcusable that they would blindside numerous customers with a vacant desk. What a headache! I’m glad the Avis desk was open to save the day!
