  Jessica and Kaley were awesome! They were short staffed and had some seriously grumpy customers, but they acted very professional and did everything they could to satisfy their needs. Did enterprise have the car I reserved? No, BUT, I got a sweet upgrade that cost me absolutely nothing. It actually ended up being a godsend because I needed something with a truck bed it turns out. In the future, if I really wanted something more gas efficient, I know to call the branch I am going to, ask what cars they have a available, and be sure that I can get that one. If they don't, I ll go somewhere else, instead of YELLING AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES!!! Be nice people, their human beings that cant control the stock of cars, how fast their computer systems are, or if their other staff decided not to show up to work. Anyways, later I needed to change my drop off location, and I specifically called the Cheyenne branch to talk with either Jessica and Kaley because I knew they would provide me with the best customer service. Keep it up guys!

  Jessica and Brandon are great! They do a wonderful job, and take care of each person as they get to the counter! They rock!

  Excellent customer service from Trevor, Jessica, and Hannah at the Cheyenne location. Car was in good shape, clean, and got good gas mileage. Great experience overall.

  Never had a bad experience before but this takes the cake! Had a confirmed reservation for a truck. Arrived they do not have it but offered a sedan. They sent someone to Loveland to get the car. Spoke with the district manager ...he said manager talked to me. I hadn't talked to her she was not here until later. She lied to him. Been sitting over 2 hours waiting for my confirmed reservation. The reason I was given was the manager herself looked at the wrong set of keys the night before. What a joke!! The district manager is less than helpful cannot explain why a reservation is any good and allows the manager to lie even when he is on the phone with her and I. He doesn't want to address that she was not here until later and they dropped the ball. The district manager will not escalate the complaint. Customer service is definitely not their priority.
