  Never had a bad experience before but this takes the cake! Had a confirmed reservation for a truck. Arrived they do not have it but offered a sedan. They sent someone to Loveland to get the car. Spoke with the district manager ...he said manager talked to me. I hadn't talked to her she was not here until later. She lied to him. Been sitting over 2 hours waiting for my confirmed reservation. The reason I was given was the manager herself looked at the wrong set of keys the night before. What a joke!! The district manager is less than helpful cannot explain why a reservation is any good and allows the manager to lie even when he is on the phone with her and I. He doesn't want to address that she was not here until later and they dropped the ball. The district manager will not escalate the complaint. Customer service is definitely not their priority.

  I could not have asked for more from Enterprise. From the first call I made to arrange for a rental, to the young man who picked me up at the body shop and took me back to the office, and the young man that took me from the office back to the body shop when my car was completed. There are people were happy and respectful, professional and polite. Kudos to you and these amazing young people that you have working for you in Cheyenne!

  I am one of Enterprise's frequent renter program for roughly 20+ years. I am so impressed and felt loved by Enterprise, I have purchased two of their low mileage "used" cars and felt well taken care of by their staff. THANK YOU!!!

  I took a trip at the beginning of April-And it has been years since I’ve used enterprise due to a situation that I had had- But this had to have been such a pleasurable experience. Each person that I dealt with was on top of my satisfaction, Calling to check and see how everything was going how the vehicle was performing- And I will no longer be driving to Fort Collins to When we have such a great enterprise here in CHEYENNE-I wish I could remember each one of these employees names- But it was an entire staff, and I am so grateful to them and cannot wait to have another experience with ENTERPRISE of CHEYENNE
