    Walked into the store on South Greeley. Nobody was at the counter. I waited, then walked around and ask a guy on a ladder for assistance returning an item. He was gruff, didn’t say good morning and continued to attempt to return the item. He had no computer skills and had to call the manager. The first employee trying to assist me was very unwelcoming. I had just been there recently to purchase a battery and the sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will probably not return to this store.

    I'm visiting from Texas and the water pump went out in my truck and I'm in Laramie right now with my family called over to the AutoZone and Ed was nice enough to look up my warranty and see that my water pump was under warranty and was able to place it on hold for me made the trip from Laramie to Cheyenne to get the water pump were Matthew was able to help me complete my transition by getting the water pump some antifreeze and some other accessories I may need really appreciate all the help I was able to get my water pump changed and be on the road thank you to the team that worked there

    Came in to pick up some oil and an oil filter. Everything was fine until the older male worker made the comment “I really hope someone’s going to help you with this,” as if we aren’t in Wyoming and women can’t change their own oil. Great way to lose a customer. As Reese Witherspoon said, “what, like it’s hard?”

    I highly recommend this Autozone location. I ordered a part that unfortunately was not going to work out. Matthew not only helped with the refund but traveled to meet me at a more convenient location. This is above and beyond what I expected. I hope Matthew knows how grateful my family and I are for this great kindness.

    If I could rate you guys 0 stars I would. You guys are lazy and don't want to work. When you guys have customers come in and you guys are standing at the counter not acknowledging someone who's standing in front of you is crazy. Poor customer service. O Riley's on this side of town will be getting my service from now on.
